The staff, students, and parents of Keystone Academy are proud of the academic success achieved since our school opened in 2003. Keystone continues to excel in the standardized assessment given by the State of Michigan (MEAP) and the Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA), a nationally-normed assessment administered to the students three times a year.
Keystone students continue to outperform elementary and middle schools in our surrounding communities and the state of Michigan. For example, the percentage of students deemed proficient on the MEAP assessment surpassed the state’s average scores in 23 of 27 tested areas.
The academic success of Keystone Academy is based on a dedicated, hardworking, and committed instructional staff. It is through a careful partnership with parents that we are able to “challenge each child to achieve.” We are proud to report that 95% of parents responding to the Parent Satisfaction Survey report “Overall Satisfaction” with our school and 96% of parents responding are likely to recommend our school to others.
