Keystone Academy students find many activities outside of the traditional school day that enrich their educational experience. Students elect to participate in organizations that promote leadership skills such as the National Junior Honor Society, Student Council, Safety Patrol, and Honor Guard.
Keystone has an exceptional variety of extra-curricular events available to students. Our athletic program includes Cross Country, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, and Cheerleading teams. We offer co-curricular activities such as Band, Show Choir, a Spelling Bee, Math Club, and the Science Fair. These combine classroom preparation with the opportunity to showcase individual and team successes.
There are numerous enjoyable experiences that provide extensions for learning outside of the classroom including field trips, 6th grade camp, 7th and 8th grade overnight trips, and a school wide field day. Keystone students also participate in events which cultivate and promote a sense of community such as movie nights, school dances, family fun nights, and the annual school carnival.
