Mrs. Heather Jenkins
This will be my seventh year here at Keystone Academy. I graduated with honors from Wayne State University in December 2002 and completed my Master of Education Degree in December, 2007. I earned my Bachelor of Science with a major in Science and minor in Language Arts. Before coming to Keystone, I worked in the Neuroradiology Department at Henry Ford Hospital for 7 years.
Mrs. Stephanie Whalen
This is my second year at Keystone Academy. Before coming to Keystone Academy, I attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. In May 2007, I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Reading from Purdue University. I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Literacy through Michigan State University.
Ms. Jaclyn Novak
This is my first year teaching 4th grade at Keystone Academy. I am very excited to be here, and look forward to a great school year full of learning and fun! I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in April 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I am certified in Special Education, Elementary Education, and hold a reading endorsement. This past school year, I have held two long-term substitute teaching positions at the elementary level. As a life-long learner, I hope to pursue my Master’s degree at Eastern Michigan University in the near future.
